摘    要:采用水培方法,分析了白菜种子和幼苗在不同Hg2+处理条件下的富集能力与耐受性,研究表明:白菜对Hg2+的富集能力呈显著差异性.根是主要的富集器官,白菜根和茎的富集量均随着Hg2+浓度增加而增加,呈显著的正相关关系.Hg2+对白菜种子和茎的最高萌发抑制率分别为52.11%、90.54%,白菜根的耐性指数随Hg2+浓度升高而减小.Hg2+抑制白菜体内叶绿素a、叶绿索b与类胡萝卜素的含量,Hg2+对叶绿素a的抑制作用尤为明显.

Abstract:Method of water culture, determination of the Brassice rapa seeds and seedlings under different treatment conditions Hg2+ of the enrichment capacity and resistance by nature, the results show that: Brassice rapa Hg2+ concentrations in different conditions, Hg2+ accumulation ability of showing significant differences.Enrichment of the root is the main organ, Brassice rapa root and stem concentration with the Hg2+ concentration increases, showing a significant positive correlation. Hg2+ on seed and stem germination rate was the highest 52.11%, 90.54 %, Brassice rapa root tolerance index in the treatment with Hg2+ concentration decreases. Hg2+ inhibition of cabbage chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content, Hg2+ inhibition of chlorophyll a especially.
