稀土盐在铜合金化学处理液中的应用研究

摘    要:为了提高铜合金的耐蚀性,研究了稀土La盐对其缓蚀性能的影响,最优的钝化液配方由正交试验获得,利用硝酸点滴法及恒温恒湿试验法对转化膜的耐蚀性能进行了评价,通过阳极极化的电化学检测方法分析了转化膜的耐蚀性能,并利用SEM分析了转化膜的表面形貌.结果表明:稀土转化膜具有致密,均匀的结构,使得铜合金表面的耐蚀性显著提高.

Abstract:In order to improve corrosion resistance of copper alloys. The corrosion resistance of La3~ salt was investigated. The optimization passivation is proposed by orthogonal. The corrosion resistance of conversion coatings is studied by nitric acid drop test, moisture/heating test and anodic polarization curves. The norphologies of coatings were identified by SEM. The result shows the exterior structures of copper alloys is compact and uniformity, so the corrosion resistance of copper alloys is improved greatly.
