Co/CeO2固体催化剂低温高效降解刚果红的研究

摘    要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂含不同质量分数Co的Co/CeO2同体催化剂,对其催化降解有机染料刚果红的性能进行了研究.在常压.低温5~25℃范围内,采用催化湿式过氧化氢法(CWPO)对刚果红进行催化降解.结果表明,对于10 mg/L的刚果红模拟染料废水,当催化剂2.0wt% Co/CeO2和氧化剂H2O2的投加量分别为0.07 g和0.02 mol/L时,反应30 min,反应温度20℃,刚果红的降解率高达99%,COD去除率可达82.8%,且催化剂的重复性实验表明催化剂具有良好的稳定性.

Abstract:The solid Co/CoO2 catalysts are prepared by sol-gel methods and the catalytic properties for degradation of organic dye Congo red were studied. The method of catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide (CWPO) was used to degradate Congo red dye at atmospheric pressure and low temperature 5-25℃. The results show that for the 10 mg/L of Congo red dye wastewater, when the catalyst of 2.0 wt% Co/CeO2 and 1-t202 were 0.07 g and 0.02 mol/L, respectively, the degradation rate of Congo Red and COD removal were 99 % and 82.8 % under the reaction conditions of 30 minutes and 20℃. the stability of experiment shows that the catalyst has a good catalytic stability.
