丙烯循环气压缩机停机原因分析及对策

摘    要:丙烯循环气压缩机是聚丙烯装置气体回收系统的关键设备,其运行工况和运行周期直接影响丙烯的单耗和生产成本。对2010—2011年丙烯循环气压缩机的停机原因进行分析,找出了影响其长周期运行的影响因素。丙烯循环气压缩机停机主要由低压回收丙烯气夹带细粉、水和三乙基铝导致。为了降低设备的故障率,采取了相应的技术改进措施。通过技术改进,延长了设备的运行周期,降低了丙烯单耗。

Abstract:The compressor for propylene circulating gas is an important equipment in propylene gas recovery section of polypropylene plant, the propylene consumption and the cost are closely related to the operating conditions and operating cycle of the compressor. The shutdown reasons of the compressor from 2010 to 2011 were analyzed, the influencing factors to long-term and stable operation found out. The primary shutdown reasons of the compressor were caused by powder, water and triethyl aluminum entrained into the low-pressure recovery of propylene gas. In order to reduce failure rate of the equipment, the suitable technical improvement measures were put into effect. Because of the technological improvements, the operating cycle of the equipment has been extended, and the consumption of propylene reduced.
