摘    要:随着海洋事业的快速发展,海洋工程对系泊附件的性能要求越来越高。热处理工艺是R3S系泊附件制造过程中的关键技术之一。本文对R3S级C型梨形卸扣的淬火+回火热处理工艺进行了改进,研究了890~930℃一次淬火+(820~890)℃二次淬火+回火对梨形卸扣冲击韧性的影响,使其满足船级社的规范要求。

Abstract:With the rapid development of offshore industry, the requirements on mechanical properties of mooring chain accessory are also exigent. The heat treatment is the key process that will affect the perform- ance of R3S mooring chain accessory. This paper improves the heat treatment technology of quenching + tempering for the traditional cycle. The influence of 890 -930 ℃ quenching + (820 - 890)℃ secondary quenching + tempering to impact toughness is studied to make sure the final properties meeting the requirements of classification societies.
