| Abstract: | To cultivate the innovative ability of talents was the needing of the developing times, but also the direction of the reform of higher education. In order to achieving its objective of fostering innovation, colleges and universities should actively explore suitable approaches of polymer materials to cultivate creative ability. Based on explaining the significance of creative ability and urgency, the ways of improving the innovation abiLity of talents in polymer materials was summarized. |
