某化工厂树脂生产废水处理工艺的研究

摘    要:树脂生产废水具有有机物浓度高,不易生物处理等特点,通过试验研究,先采用臭氧结合Fenton两级高级氧化对其预处理,降解有害和难降解物质,增加废水的可生化性,然后用混凝法进一步降低废水COD,最后增加废水在后续的A/O生化反应池中的停留时间,彻底降解污染物,使处理出水能够稳定达标。

Abstract:Resin production wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration of organic substance, not easy to biological treatment and others. Based on the experimental study, the first use of ozone combined Fenton two advanced oxidation, degradation of harmful and refractory material, increase the biodegradability of the wastewater. Then use coagulation method to further reduce the wastewater COD. Finally increase the residence time of waste water in the A/O biochemical reaction tank in the follow-up, complete degradation of pollutants, making the effluent can be compliance.
