摘    要:催化裂化干气含有氢气、乙烯、甲烷、乙烷等组分。以催化裂化干气中的乙烯为原料,在催化剂的作用下经过叠合、环化脱氢、氢转移和异构化等反应可以生产混合芳烃。本文介绍了干气制备混合芳烃的原理及影响混合芳烃收率的因素。实际生产中根据催化剂在不同周期的活性特点,控制混合进料中烯烃的含量,合理调整加热炉出口温度并将反应器的床层温升控制在适宜范围,对提高混合芳烃的收率具有重要作用。

Abstract:The fluid catalytic cracking dry gas contains hydrogen, ethylene, methane, ethane, and other components. With ethylene from the dry gas as raw material, the mixed aromatics are produced by reactions of oligomerization, cyclization, dehydrogenation, hydrogen transfer and isomerization under action of the catalyst. It is introduced that preparation of principle from the dry gas to the mixed aromatics and the influenced factor of the aromatics yield in this paper. It plays an important role in increasing yield of the mixed aromatics that content of the olefin in mixing feeding should be controlled, outlet temperature of the furnace adjusted reasonably, and the temperature rise of bed in reactor regulated in an appropriate range according to activity characteristics of the catalyst in different periods in actual operation.
