PRT-C/PRT-D催化剂在催化重整装置上的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了半再生重整催化剂PRT-C/PRT-D首次在中国石油化工股份有限公司胜利油田分公司150kt/a催化重整装置的工业应用情况。结果表明,PRT-C/PRT-D催化剂活性和选择性较高,在较缓和的反应温度,较低的反应压力、较高的体积空速下,能得到较高收率的高辛烷值汽油,其活性和稳定性均优于原使用的CB-8/CB-11催化剂。

Abstract:It was introduced that the practical application of semi-regenerative reforming catalyst of PRT-C/PRT-D first time used in a catalytic reforming plant with 150 kt/a. The results showed that activity and selectivity of the PRT-C/PRT-D were higher, high-octane petrol to be obtained with satisfactory yield under more moderately reaction temperature, the lower the reaction pressure and the higher the volume of the space velocity reaction temperature; the activity and stability were better than that of CB-8/CB-11 previously used catalyst.
