摘    要:对三种工业VPO催化剂的稳定性评价以及XRD、XPS和FT-IR等表征结果表明,国产催化剂中活性物相(VO)2P2O7的含量最高,无论在定态或人为非定态操作条件下持续运行,其性能都相对稳定;引进固定床和流化床反应器所用的催化剂不宜用于固定床反应器的人为非定态操作

Abstract:The performance of the VPO catalysts for n -butane oxidation to maleic anhydride operated under forced unsteady-state was studied.The conversion and selectivity were measured for three kinds of industrial VPO catalysts which had been used for different periods of time under unsteady-state operation to evaluate the performance of the catalysts.The catalysts involved were characterized with XRD,FT-IR and XPS.Results show that the performance of the domestic catalyst is relatively stable under both steady-state and forced unsteady-state conditions.The stability of the other two kinds of catalysts used respectively in fixed-bed reactor and fluidized-bed reactor are inferior to that of the domestic one.
