基于ANSYS的啮合异向旋转双螺杆反应器三维流场数值模拟

摘    要:利用ANSYS/CFD程序对双螺杆反应器异向啮合螺纹元件进行了三维等温非牛顿流场分析,求出了无物料在反应器中的速度和压力分布规律以及螺杆特性曲线的分布。计算结果表明,在螺棱处,在啮合区的物料具有较大的压力梯度和速度梯度;流量和螺杆转速成正比,流量和流道两端的压差成反比。

Abstract:Three-dimensional flow field analysis of inter-meshing twin screw reactor is analyzed by the soft of ANSYS and the rule of velocity field,pressure field and characteristic curve is given.The numerical results show that material has large pressure gradient and velocity at the screw edge region and material.In intermeshing region,material has high temperature and cooling step should be put in practice.The flow rate is proportional to the screw speed and inverse ratio to pressure gradient.
