Progress in Sealed Maintenance Free Lead Acid Batteries

Many reviews and articles describing small sealed lead-acid batteries have been published by experts both at home and aboard. Some aspects on this kind of batteries are given in this paper. A brief history of its development is outlined. The emphasis is placed on the battery configuration, sealing technology preparation of electrolyte application of seperators, with the purpose of deepening the understanding and promoting the development of such batteries.
