| Abstract: | Combing of industrial organization theory and discussing from strategic reorganization of the phenomenon of state-owned coal enterprises in Henan.This paper analysis the proceeding triggered reorganization of state-owned coal enterprises,coal industry structure adjustment and optimization of industrial upgrading.Then some measures to protect the safety of the coal industry in Henan have been given. |
