| Abstract: | To stregthen the administrative constrction of our institute atpresent, five consciousnesses should be specially established : consciousness of overall situation; consciousness of centre, consciousness of unity, consciousness of responsibility and consciousness of innovation. Four relationships should be properly handled: relation between the lead and the led, relation between leading art and leading ability, relation between department and institute, relation between moral education, intellectual education, physical education and aesthetic education. |
