铁路道岔液压转辙机实时监测系统设计

摘    要:铁路道岔在液压转辄机的控制下实现铁轨的移动和连接,液压转辄机一旦出现故障将导致行车事故的发生.为了克服现有人为检查的不足,按照状态检修的要求,提出了一种基于电力线载波的铁路道岔液压转辙机油压实时监测系统.该系统由PC机、母板、子板、下位机构成,下位机安装在液压转辙机上监控油压,使用铁路上现有的供电线路,通过电力线载波将油压数据传输给子板,再通过串口将数据传输到母板,然后由母板转发到PC机进行数据的实时显示.系统在实际应用中各项功能正常.

Abstract:Railroad switch realizes the movement and connection of rails under the control of hydraulic switch machines. Once the hydraulic switch machines happen something wrong, it will cause train-traveling accidents. In order to overcome the shortcoming of manual check, according to the request of status checking, a hydraulic switch machines monitor system based on power line carrier is provided.
