基于PLC的四自由度机械手控制系统设计

摘    要:本文通过研制基于PLC控制的四自由度气动光盘搬运机械手,设计相关的气动回路与PLC控制系统,分析了机械手中PLC控制系统的特点。PLC控制系统由于其简单易于实现,可靠性好,是代替继电器控制系统有效的方法。通过对PLC程序设计的研究,采用顺序功能图设计方法是实现气动机械手动作路线及其他复杂顺序动作系统的有效方法。

Abstract:By studying on the PLC control system of 4-dimension pneumatic mechanical manipulator,this paper has designed the related pneumatic loop and PLC control system,and analysis the character of the PLC control system of pneumatic mechanical manipulator.With easier realized and reliability, the PLC control system is a available method to instead of the relay control system. By studying on the design method of the PLC program, SFC(Sequential Function Chart)is a effective method to realize the route of the pneumatic mechanical manipulator and other complex squential motion system.
