超纯铁精矿的工艺试验研究

摘    要:用含TFe 63 .10 % ,SiO2 7.3 2 %的普通铁精矿 ,采用磨矿、磁选、反浮选的工艺 ,可获得含TFe 71.5 0 %、SiO2 0 .40 %、产率 3 9.13 %的超纯铁精矿 ,同时还可得出TFe 66.2 %的高品位普通铁精矿 ,TFe回收率达 98.80 %。

Abstract:In order to rationally and more efficiently utilize the resource of minerals,investigation on producing super iron with ordinary iron which an iron content of 7.32% ,by a processing technology of fine grinding,magnetic separation and reverse flotation was made.As a result,a super iron was obtained which had a weight of 39.13%,an iron content of 71.50% and a silica content of 0.40%.This project may earn 2.2 million Yuan a year.
