| 摘 要： | 分析了绿化设计在居住小区规划设计中的重要性,阐述了绿色小区和生态小区的区别,针对北方居住小区的开发,提出了居住区生态绿化应实行的原则,以帮助居住区绿化设计人员搞好绿化设计,从而使住宅区存在于可持续发展的绿地景观生态系统中。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the importance of greening design in residential community planning and design,elaborates the differences between greening community and ecological communities.According to the development of residential communities in the North,it brings forward the principles which should be executed in residential greening,so as to help designers to improve the greening design, so as to make residential community exist in the scenic system of sustainable development. |
