碳化硅陶瓷磨具配方设计方法的研究

摘    要:配方设计是磨具产品开发和质量的关键,合理的配方设计可提高磨具的质量和使用性能,配方设计方法的简捷实用能降低产品成本、缩短研发周期。经过长期的教学科研及生产实践,我们通过建立数学模型和采用计算机辅助设计,得出了碳化硅陶瓷磨具配方中结合剂用量计算的经验公式,经试验证明该经验公式是一种设计过程简单快捷、硬度参数接近的设计方法,可以缩短新产品研发周期,减少硬度参数偏差过大等现象,实验点准确度明显提高。

Abstract:Formulation design is the key problem in researching new abrasive products and its quantity,so the reasonable method of formulation design can lower the product cost and shorten the research period.After teaching and practicing in this field many years,we have developed a practice formula,which is based on the mathematical models and computer aided design.Tests show that this method is a simple and reasonable way of formulation design in silicon carbide ceramic product,which can greatly shorten the research time,decrease the problem of parameter deviation and improve the test veracity.
