摘    要:以Al2O3球(3 mm)为主载体,采用浸渍与焙烧工艺,制备水煤气低温变换催化剂〖JP〗CuO-ZnO/RexCe1-xOy /Al2O3(Re=Y、Nd)。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对催化剂的化学组成和表面形貌进行测试与表征。结果表明,CuO-ZnO/NdxCe1-xOy /Al2O3催化剂的变换活性优于CuO-ZnO/YxCe1-xOy /Al2O3催化剂。利用复杂网络方法对CuO-ZnO/RexCe1-xOy /Al2O3(Re=Y、Nd)催化剂的表面形貌进行建模,并对网络主要拓扑参数进行计算。表面形貌网络拓扑结构分析表明,导致两种催化剂在水煤气变换活性方面产生巨大差异的原因与催化剂的表面形态无关。

Abstract:CuO-ZnO/RexCe1-xOy /Al2O3(Re=Y,Nd)low temperature water gas shift catalyst was prepared by impregnation and calcination. The chemical composition and surface morphology of the as prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the water gas shift activity of CuO ZnO/NdxCe1-xOy /Al2O3 was higher than that of CuO ZnO/YxCe1-xOy /Al2O3. On basis of data mapping of the catalyst surface, the topology and parameters of the complex network of the catalyst surface were calculated. It is concluded that the surface morphology of CuO-ZnO/RexCe1-xOy /Al2O3has no influence on its water gas shift activity.
