河南省高职体育教学"三自主"模式的调查分析

为促进河南省高职体育教学改革、发展,运用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等研究方法,对河南高职体育教学"三自主"情况调查得知:多数学校沿袭传统行政班授课模式;所有学校教学时数缩减,教学内容不丰富;影响实施"三自主"教学的因素依次是场地器材匮乏、师资短缺、领导不重视。建议:鉴于高职学生的实习和实训次数多、时间长等特点,宜建立符合高职特色、依据本校实际的教学组织形式。

A Probe into the Implementation of the "Three Initiatives" Mode in PE Class in Henan's Vocational Colleges

To promote the reform and development of PE in Henan's vocational colleges,the author conducts a survey into the implementation of the "Three Initiatives" Mode in PE class in Henan's vocational colleges by way of questionnaire,statistics and documentation. The result shows that in most vocational colleges PE is organized in administrative class as before and that school hours of PE are reduced and the content of PE class is monotonous in all vocational colleges. The factors impeding the implementation of the "Three Initiatives" Mode are found to be,lack of teaching facilities,shortage of teaching staff and negligence of the authority. Finally the author proposes to develop practical forms of PE class according to the characteristics of vocational colleges.
