Process Innovation on Raising Flour Yield of Monosultap

Processes of sulfonating and crystallizing in the final section for the production of monosultap were studies. The paper pointed out problems in existing process and possible secondary reaction during the process of primary reaction. And the countermeasures were put forward. Process conditions were optimized so as to minimize secondary reactions and to raise yield about 10% and flour yield about 12% in miniature experiment. Pilot experiment achieved same good result.
