摘    要:采用溶胶一凝胶法合成Li2MnSiO4并以葡萄糖、己二酸和蔗糖为碳源合成Li2MnSiO4/C材料,对其进行XRD物相分析和SEM形貌分析。对合成出的Li2MnSiO4及Li2MnSiO4/C电极进行了充放电和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试。充放电结果表明碳包覆可以提高Li2MnSiO4放电容量,EIS结果说明,Li2MnSiO4/C能够减少电荷传递电阻,增加锂离子在颗粒内部的扩散速率,从而提高材料的电化学性能。

Abstract:Li2MnSiO4 and Li2MnSiO4/C, which was used glucose; adipic acid and sugar as carbon sources, were synthesized by sol-gel method. The crystalline structure, morphology were determined by X -ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical performances of Li2MnSiO4 and Li2MnSiO4/C were investigated by charge-discharge tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Charge-discharge data reveal that, carbon coating can increase the discharge capacity of Li2MnSiO4. EIS results demonstrate that Li2MnSiO4/C decrease the charge-transfer resistance, and improve the velocity of lithium ion diffusions in the bulk of the electrode, thus the addition of C could improve the electrochemical performance of Li2MnSiO4.
