钢纤维自密实混凝土梁抗剪性能的研究

摘    要:本文对15根自密实钢筋-钢纤维混凝土梁和6根普通自密实钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪性能进行了试验研究,通过荷载-跨中挠度曲线、剪跨区荷载-混凝土主应变曲线和荷载-箍筋应变曲线,分析了钢纤维掺量、剪跨比和配箍率对梁抗剪性能的影响。基于试验结果,对比了Rilem TC 162-TDF和CECS 38:2004抗剪公式,并与实测值进行了比较。结果表明,钢纤维能够显著的提高无腹筋梁的变形能力和承载能力,改善破坏形态。由钢纤维部分取代箍筋使梁具有更好的抗剪性能;Rilem TC 162-TDF与实测值吻合较好。

Abstract:Experimental investigation on the shear bearing capacity of a series of RC self-compacting concrete beams with or without fiber reinforcement has been carried out. In order to analyze the effect of fiber content and shear span ratio as well as stirrup ratio on the shear resistant of steel fiber RC SCC beam, the load-deflection curves, load- concrete principal strain curves and load- stirrup strain curves have been measured and evaluated. Based on the experimental investigation, the analytical comparison of the equations regarding the shear capacity of steel fiber reinforced concrete beams between the Chinese Guideline CECS38: 2004 and RILEM TC 162-TDF has been undertaken. The results show that the steel fiber can significantly enhance the deformability and shear capacity of beams without stirrups and improve the failure mode. The partial replacement of stirrups by steel fiber demonstrates a stronger shear resistance. The computed results according to RILEM TC 162-TDF correspond better with the experimental results that that from CECS38.
