| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于半导体制冷器的"纯净电源"方案,该电源具有电气安全性能优异,抗干扰能力强,输出纯净,寿命长,体积小等特点.指出了其能源转化效率低.负载能力低,需采用适当的高温防护措施等应用局限性,并给出了模型测试结果.
