摘    要:分析了广州市城市污泥的处理处置现状以及基本特性包括污泥组成、工业元素及其燃烧特性,阐明了污泥燃料化处置后利用社会和谐固有燃烧资源用于燃烧污泥衍生燃料的适应性;提出利用"污泥干成剂"调理污泥内部特性来营造污泥的"解凝、断链、造粒、造隙"快速脱水环境,提高污泥脱水效率;并依据广州市区污水处理厂发展布局和电厂发展规划,提出广州市污泥"南电、北水"处置方略.在此基础上,基于污泥燃料化处置技术,充分利用污水污泥资源和发电资源,建立了污水—污泥—衍生燃料—热电一体化联合处置系统.

Research on scheme and tactics of sewage sludge disposal technologies in Guangzhou city
Abstract:In this paper,The technical tactic for disposal of fuel is put forward according to the problems of the sludge discharged from sewage treatment plants in Guangzhou city.First of all,the status quo of the municipal sewage disposal as well as the basic properties,including sludge composition,industrial elements and their combustion characteristics,are analyzed.The possibility and availability of sewage disposal by turning it into fuel are expounded.It is illustrated that social inherent combustible resources can be used as sludg-derived fuel combustion after the sludge disposal of fuel.A strategy of sludge disposal called "Southern electricity,North Water" is brought forward based on the development layout of urban sewage treatment plants and the development planning of power station in Guangzhou.On this basis,it can make full use of sewage,sludge and power resources based on the disposal of sludge fuel technology;then the integrated disposal system of sewage-sludge-derived fuel-thermoelectricity is established.
