摘    要:高强度板抗拉强度和硬度非常高,采用普通模具折弯时,模具会首先破坏而无法折弯.文中介绍了一种高强度板折弯模具的折弯原理及折弯力计算公式,并列举了几种上、下模模具设计方案,并对比各方案利弊.

Abstract:The bending principle and calculation formula of bending force of bending tool for high-tensile plate have been introduced in the text. Several kinds of design proposal for upper and lower tool have been listed. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each proposal, the proper bending tool has been selected, which has very important economic significance.
