基于Workbench的高速压力机曲轴疲劳分析

摘    要:曲轴作为高速压力机的关键零部件,承受周期性的冲击载荷,易于出现疲劳失效.本文首先对压力机曲轴进行受力分析,编制相应载荷谱;并在Solidworks中创建曲轴三维模型,用Workbench软件对其网格划分.在此基础上,先进行静力学分析,然后加载编制好的冲击载荷谱,进行疲劳分析.分析结果显示,曲轴的疲劳寿命满足设计要求,最小疲劳安全系数为1.56.

Abstract:The force analysis of crankshaft has been conducted to the press in the text. The corresponding load spectrum has been made. The 3D model of crankshaft has been created in Solidworks, and its grid has been divided by use of Workbench software. The static analysis has been conducted firstly. Then the impact load spectrum has been made and the fatigue has been analyzed on the basis of static analysis. The analysis resuhs show that the fatigue life of crankshaft satisfies design requirement. The minimum fatigue safety coefficient is 1.56.
