汽车座椅连接件级进模具设计

摘    要:采用级进模进行冲压生产是一种高效、高质量的生产方式,本文介绍了生产汽车座椅连接件的级进模设计,由于工件形状所限,送料中条料采用单边连接,工件定位困难.级进模设计中通过增加工艺导正孔,解决了送料定位精度问题.在工序中,利用空工位对冲压件进行整形,保证了冲压件精度要求.该级进模具经过试模、生产,获得了良好的效果.

Abstract:The progressive die design on connection part of car seat has been introduced in the text. Because of the constraints of workpiece's shape, it is difficult to fix a position during the feeding process by unilateral connections. The pilot hole has been increased in the progressive die design process to solve the problem of positioning accuracy in feeding process. The empty station has been used to conduct the shaping process in order to ensure the accuracy demand. The progressive die obtains good effect through die trial and production.
