基于直驱式电液伺服系统的液压机补油性能分析

摘    要:本文介绍了直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统在普通油压机上的应用.并针对油压机开式和闭式系统工作过程中的补油、排油问题进行了一定的对比研究,设计提出采用密闭压力油罐给系统进行无动力补油[1],并将其应用于直驱式电液伺服系统中.通过理论分析密闭压力油罐的应用,提高了系统的性能并减少系统体积.相当于蓄能器的密闭压力油罐可以很好地起到补油、排油的作用,也使得系统的噪声与爬行问题得到了很好的解决.

Abstract:The application of direct-driving volume control electric-hydraulic-servo system in regular oil press has been introduced in the text. The charging and discharging of oil in open and close system for oil press has been compared and studied. It is pointed out that the powerless charging of oil has been conducted by the airtight pressure oil tank, which is applied into direct-driving electric-hydraulic-servo system. The application of airtight pressure oil tank has improved the system function and reduced system volume through theoretical analysis. The airtight pressure oil tank can charge and discharge oil well which plays the role of accumulator. Thus, the noise and crawling problems of the system have been solved.
