辽河干流多水库联合生态调度研究

摘    要:根据辽河干流水资源开发利用中的问题,考虑水利工程对天然水文情势造成的干扰,从河流系统整体出发,提出了辽河干流及其直流主要水利工程的生态调度应采取的措施与方案,建立了多水库生态调度多目标数学模型.该模型综合考虑经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益,在尽量不影响经济效益、社会效益的前提下缩小水文改变度,使水库下游尽量保持天然径流情势,逐步恢复河流生态系统.

Stady of multi-reservoir ecological regulation in Main Liaohe River
Abstract:According to the problems of water resources development and utilization in the main stream of the Liao River,as well as the disruption of natural hydrological regime made by main hydraulic projects,measures and schemes for the ecological reservoirs at the main stream of the Liaohe Rive are proposed starting from the river system as a whole;and multiobjective mathematical models of multi reservoir ecological reservoir scheduling are established.The model considered economic benefit and social benefit synthetically,this will reduce degree of hydrologic alteration under the premise of not affecting economic benefit and social benefit as much as possible;so that the natural flow situation will be kept in downstream and the ecological environment will be ensured effectively.
