工业氢氧化镁的表面改性研究

摘    要:采用十二烷基磺酸钠改性工业氢氧化镁,研究了十二烷基磺酸钠的用量、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度对活化率的影响。结果表明,当十二烷基磺酸钠用量为氢氧化镁质量的2%、反应温度为80℃、反应时间0.75 h、搅拌速度为450 r/min时,改性效果最好,活化率达到90.5%。最佳条件下改性样品及未改性样品的显微镜照片表明,改性后氢氧化镁的分散性优于未改性的氢氧化镁。

Abstract:The surface modification of the industrial magnesium hydroxide with sodium dodecyl sulfate was researched,and the modified effect was characterized by the activation index. The effect of amount of sodi-um dodecyl sulfate,reaction temPerature,reaction time and stirring sPeed on the activation rate were stud-ied. The results showed that when the amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate as the 2% quality of magnesium hydroxide,the reaction temPerature was 80 ℃,reaction time was 0. 75 h,the stirring sPeed was 450 r/min,the modified effect was the best,the activation index reached 90. 5%. The modified samPle under oPtimum conditions and the unmodified samPle ’s microscoPe PhotograPhs show that the disPers-ibility of the modified magnesium hydroxide is suPerior to the unmodified magnesium hydroxide.
