破胶剂性能影响因素的研究

摘    要:压裂液作业过程中,有些低温、浅储层地区采用常规压裂液常出现破胶难、返排不彻底的现象,导致压裂液在地层中的滞留时间过长,造成对地层的二次伤害。为了解决这一问题,研制了一种新型低温破胶助剂A,考察其对水基压裂液破胶性能的影响,得到有利于水基压裂液体系的低温破胶体系。实验表明,在30℃,pH=9,破胶助剂A的浓度为50μg/g时,水基压裂液破胶比较彻底。该破胶剂体系成本低廉,破胶彻底,返排率高,值得推广。

Abstract:In some low temperature and shallow reservoir areas,the process of fracturing fluid often appear broken plastic hard and uncompletely flowback by the conventional fracturing fluid gel breaking. Leading to the retention time of fracturing fluid in the formation is too long causing of secondary injury to the formation. In order to solve the above problem,a new kind of broken rubber additives A was researched. The water-based fracturing fluid gel breaking performance influence was investigated,then got to water-based fracturing fluid system at low temperature gel breaking system. Experiments show that when the temperature of the gel breaking in 30 ℃,pH = 9 and the concentration of broken rubber additives A are 50 μg /g,water-based fracturing fluid gel breaking is thoroughly. The breaker system is low cost,gel breaking is completely and flowback rate is high. The breaker system is worth promoting.
