摘    要:描述了一种用于生物芯片分析仪的像方远心f-theta扫描物镜.通过对物镜像差参数要求的分析,
选择初始结构,利用ZEMAX进行了光学系统的优化, 给出了数值孔径0.17,焦距40 mm,总长140 mm的f-
theta物镜设计结果的光路图和芯片荧光测试实验结果.f-theta物镜用于生物芯片分析的扫描系统在100
lp/mm的调制传递函数(MTF)在0.35以上,f-theta畸变量控制在0.13%以内,在整个视场内具有高荧光激
发和收集效率,分辨率可以达到10 μm,一块芯片的测试时间可以在200 s以下.

Abstract:An f-theta lens was designed as scanning objective in a dual-laser biochip analyzer,and the lens was telecentric in image space. Requirements for the objective lens's aberrations were analyzed, then the system was optimized by ZEMAX. The lens's numerical aperture is 0.17, focal length is 40 mm, and total length is 140 mm. The optical structure of the f-theta objective lens and the experimental results were given. The modulation transfer function(MTF) of the f-theta lens was better than 0.35 at 100 lp/mm. The f-theta distortion can be less than 0.13%. With confocal technology, its resolution is 10 m. The system has high fluorescence collecting efficiency, and detecting time for a biochip can be less than 200 s.
