锯板坑钨多金属矿综合利用选矿工艺研究

摘    要:采用多段磨矿多段选别的重-浮-磁工艺选别锯板坑钨多金属矿,并用新型动筛跳汰机和GL高效螺旋选矿机等作粗选设备,用新药剂JA和JB浮选分离铜沿锌硫化矿。在给矿品位WO3 0.66%,Sn0.16%,Cu0.3%,Pb 0.26%,Zn0.93%和Ag50g/t的情况下,钨、锡、铜、铅、锌精矿品位分别为69.88%,50.30%,24.14%,43.36%,50.29%;回收率分别为86.00%,63.30%,69.40%,69.53%,71.69%;银则富集于铜铅锌精矿,回收率为74.98%,为锯板坑钨多金属矿的开发利用提供了依据。

Abstract:The polymetallic ore bearing tungsten in Jubankeng has been sparated by use of the gravity separation-flotation-magnetic separation process with multi-stage grinding and multi-stage separation. A new style movable screen jig and a GL high efficient spiral separator are used as the rougher apparatus, the new reagents JA and JB are used in flotation of sulfide minerals. Under the condition that the grades of the crude ore are WO3 0. 66%, Sn 0. 16%, Cu 0. 3%, Pb 0. 26%, Zn 0. 93% and Ag 50 g/t, the concentrate grades of tungsten, tin, copper, lead, zinc are 69. 88%,50.30%,24. 14%,43. 36% and 50. 29%, respectively, with the recovery of 89. 82%, 63.30%,96. 40%, 69. 53% and 71. 69%, respectively, and silver is concentrated in the copper, lead, and zinc concentrate with the recovery of 74. 89%, the bais has been provide for exploiting and utilizing polymetallic ore bearing tungsten in Jubankeng.
