摘    要:利用氢化松香对丙烯酸酯乳液体系进行共聚改性,得到一种塑料用水性胶黏剂。讨论了氢化松香用量对丙烯酸酯胶黏剂粘合性能的影响,研究发现:当氢化松香的用量为5%时,得到共聚改性的丙烯酸酯乳液对PE,PET,PP具有良好的粘合性,初黏力比纯丙乳液提高约58%,持黏力由110min提高到294min,剥离强度由2.8N/cm提高到约7.2N/cm左右。共聚乳液的储存稳定性〉3个月。

Abstract:Synthesis of acrylate copolymerization emulsion which was modified by hydrogenated rosin was studied and the emulsion adhesive for plastic was obtained. The effect of hydrogenated rosin amount on the adhesion of the adhesive was studied. The results showed that, when the hydrogenate rosin amount was 5% of the whole monomer, the copolymerization modified acrylate emulsion had excellent adhesion for PE, PET and PP. Compared with the pure acrylate emulsion, the initial bonding strength of the modified one increased by 58%, the endurance bonding strength increased from 110min to 294min, and peeling strength raised from 2.8N/cm to about 7.2N/cm, and the storage siability of emulsion was more than 3 months.
