摘    要:在由传统调度方式向电力市场运营方式转变的过渡时期,根据“充分利用水电资源,实现‘三公'调度”的原则,研究了水火电联合优化调度系统的设计与开发,提出将水电和火电看做2个相互独立而又相互依托的子系统。研究成果已在福建电网实际运行,取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Based on the principle of making the best of hydropower in an open, impartial and just manner, the design anddevelopment of the optimal scheduling for hydro-thermal power systems in the interim from traditional scheduling to the mode of operation on the electricity market are studied. It is proposed that hydropower and thermal electricity be regarded as twosubsystems, which are independent of as well as related to each other. The result is applied to the Fujian power system, and both social and eeonomie benefits are achieved.
