小麦粉中二氧化钛的测定方法研究

摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法测定小麦粉中的二氧化钛含量,进行了各种试验条件的探索,建立了新的小麦粉中二氧化钛的分析方法,方法精密度好,加标回收率为90%~102%。该方法操作简单,易于大批量样品的分析,其方法精密度和准确度均能满足分析要求。

Abstract:The content of titanium dioxide in wheat flour was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the experimental conditions were explored.The new analysis method of titanium dioxide in wheat flour was established,and the recovery of standard addition was from 90% to 102% with a fine precision.The method was simple and prone to the analysis of samples for large quantities.Precision and accuracy of the method could meet the requirement of the analysis.
