改性硝酸铵粉尘的动态静电检测

摘    要:为了研究硝酸铵粉尘的静电特性,通过模拟改性硝铵炸药连续化生产线实际生产中的气流输送装置,对气流输送过程中的改性硝酸铵粉尘进行了静电测试.从14组有效试验结果可以看出,尽管气固浓度较高,放电电压较大,但是改性硝酸铵在试验过程中并未发生反应,没有因为电极放电而出现冒烟等反应现象.结果表明,改性硝酸铵的静电火花感度E50>2 073.6 mJ,最小静电着火能E0.01>103.7 mJ,在模拟气流输送过程中对静电是安全的.
