| 摘 要： | 研究了染浴pH值、染浴温度及匀染剂的选用对羊毛纱线弱酸浴染色效果的影响.提出羊毛纱线竭染法染浴pH值在4～5时可提高竭染率和匀染性.通过控制染浴的升温速率和延长染浴的保温时间,可提高染色效果.实验结果表明,根据不同的染料系列及其染色的深浅,合理选择不同的匀染剂BW、CWL及其用量可达到良好的匀染效果及染色的重现性.

| Abstract: | The effect of pH value,temperature of dye bath and leveling agents on the dyeing of wool yarn in exhaust dyeing were studied.The results showed that pH value of 4 to 5 was preferable to improve dye levelness and get uniform add-on of dye formulation.Programmed temperature control and longer dyeing time will also be helpful to get better dyeing effect.The selection and amount of leveling agents from agents BW and CWL are based on dyeing requirements and dye types. |
