数字化逆变焊机辅助电源的研究

摘    要:针对数字化逆变焊机在工作过程中产生严重的电磁干扰及本身对其辅助电源的精密化要求,为其研制了一种具有抗电磁干扰冲击且适于DSP控制的新型辅助电源。用具有多路输出的双管反激电路拓扑作为辅助电源的主电路,并在其前级增加了特殊的EMI滤波器。对辅助电源主电路、控制电路及反馈电路进行了设计;推导出了反馈到输出的电路模型,并对其进行了仿真。实验和工程应用表明,新的辅助电源达到了设计要求,并增加了数字化逆变焊机的可靠性。

Abstract:To the questions that the digital inverter welding machines inevitably generated serious electromagnetic interference in their working process and had accurate requirement to their auxiliary power supply,a novel auxiliary power supply with anti-electromagnetic interference function was developed,which was suitable for DSP-control systems.A novel two-switch flyback converter with multi-output was adopted as the auxiliary power supply main circuit which includes a special EMI filter at the input end.The main circuit,control circuit and feedback circuit of the auxiliary power supply were designed.The mathematical model of feedback to the output was derived and the simulation results were given out.Experiments and engineering applications show that the novel auxiliary power supply has reached the design requirements,and has increased the reliability of the digital inverter welding machine.
