摘    要:由于镍价的飙升,镀镍成本大幅上升、为了减少镍的用量,电镀行业十分重视对节镍、代镍电镀工艺的研究。简要介绍了已开发的多层镍电镀工艺、铜锡合金、铜锌合金、锌铁合金、镍铁合金等代镍工艺,以及厚(薄)铜薄镖电镀工艺。

Abstract:Cost of nickel plating was increased greatly because of the rapid rise in world nickel price. It's emphasized upon technology research for nickel saving and nickel substitute plating in the electroplating industry in order to lower consumption of nickel material. The developed processes such as multi-layer nickel plating, tin-copper alloy plating, zinc-copper alloy plating, iron-zinc alloy plating, iron-nickel plating and thick copper with thin nickel layers electroplating were described.
