摘    要:针对6160柴油机曲轴强化设计的需要,借助有限元分析,分别对几种改进设计方案进行了弯曲工况下曲轴应力场数值模拟。通过对圆角疲劳强度校核结果的对比分析,得出了各结构措施对6160柴油机曲轴的影响情况,为该曲轴的改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Several improved design schemes for crankshaft reinforcement of 6160 diesel engine are introduced. The stress distributions of different crankshaft improved designs under bending conditions are simulated by means of FEA. The comparison among fillet fatigue strengths of these crankshaft designs shows the advantages and disadvantages of each design scheme. The results provide theoretical basis for improved design of 6160 diesel engine crankshaft.
