摘    要:根据安钢第一炼轧厂近几年的连铸生产实践,系统分析了连铸小方坯发生横裂的原因,其影响因素主要有振动参数,二次冷却、拉速、保护渣的性能及操作因素。通过采取相应的措施,使方坯横裂废品率降到较低水平。

Abstract:On the basis of production practice of the continuous caster at No.1 Steel making plant of ANGANG in the recent years the present paper analyzes systematically causes to the cross wise cracks occurring on the surface of the billets.The affecting factors are found to be oscillation parameters, secondary cooling conditions, drawing speed, properties of mould flux and operating process.Counter measures have already been taken to reduce the rejected rate of the billets due to the cross wise crack to a relatively lower level.
