摘    要:在中试基础上进行了高容积负荷下一体式膜生物反应器处理中药废水的污泥混合液特性研究,目的是通过缩水力停留时间提高容积负荷,增加污泥浓度来考察污泥性质的变化.试验考察了污泥浓度、污泥负荷率、污泥表观产率系数随运行时间的变化,污泥浓度与容积负荷、污泥表观产率系数与污泥负荷的关系,同时考察了一体式膜生物反应器中污泥活性的变化.研究结果表明,随着污泥龄的延长和容积负荷的增大,生物反应器内污泥活性有降低的趋势;污泥浓度随污泥龄的增加、水力停留时间的缩短、容积负荷的增大而增加;污泥表观产率系数随污泥负荷的增加而增大;在进水水质一定的条件下,通过增加系统的污泥龄,降低系统污泥负荷,可以降低污泥产率系数,减少污泥产量.

Abstract:The physicochemical and biological characteristics of sludge in submerged membrane bioreactors under the condition of high mixed liquor suspended solids were studied in an experimental pilot plant for Chinese traditional medicine wastewater treatment.The objective was to investigate the characteristic changes of sludge by shortening hydraulic retention time and increasing volumetric loading rates and mixed liquor suspended solids. The high mixed liquor suspended solids could be obtained by increasing sludge retention times, shortening hydraulic retention time and increasing volumetric loading rates. Changes of mixed liquor suspended solids, sludge loading rates and sludge yield coefficient were evaluated at high volumetric loading rates. Relations of mixed liquor suspended solids and volumetric loading rates,the sludge yield coefficient and sludge loading rates were assessed. Sludge activity was evaluated in the submerged membrane bio_reactors. The results showed that sludge activity reduced with the increase of sludge retention times and volumetric loading rates. Mixed liquor suspended solids increased with the increase of sludge retention times and volumetric loading rates.The sludge yield coefficient increased with the increase of sludge loading rates. Under the constant influent, the sludge yield could be reduced by increasing sludge retention times and reducing sludge loading rates in submerged membrane bioreactors.
