| 摘 要： | 攀钢经过一年多的试验研究，成功地开发出适用于铁水罐脱硫用的多孔脱硫喷枪。试验结果表明，在其它工艺条件不变的情况下，采用多孔喷枪后每吨铁的脱硫剂消耗比使用单孔喷枪降低约1kg，脱硫利用率提高近2%，脱硫后铁水W（S）≤0.005%的比例提高30%，同时有效减少了脱硫喷溅引起的铁损，具有较高的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The multi hole lance for hot metal desulphurization purpose in a torpedo ladle car has been successfully developed through experimental studies for over one year.Results show that under the similar process conditions the consumption of the desulphurizer is reduced by 1 kg/t Fe and the availability of the desulpurizer is raised by 30 % and in the meanwhile the iron loss due to the desuphurizing splash is cut down dramatically since the multi hole lance is applied in the hot metal pretreatment.It's worthwhile popularizing. |
