几种螯合树脂在模拟的钴电解液中吸附铜的性能研究

摘    要:对比研究了三种亚胺二乙酸螯合树脂D850、D463、D751、一种氨膦酸基螯合树脂D860及一种氨甲基吡啶树脂CuWRAM在模拟的钴电解液的硫酸盐体系、氯盐体系及硫酸盐-氯盐混合体系中吸附铜的性能.结果表明:五种树脂均在料液pH较高的条件下对铜的吸附容量最大,其中以D860的对铜的交换容量最大,以CuWRAM对铜的交换...

Abstract:The adsorption characteristics of several chelating resins for copper from electrolyte systems of cobalt were studied.The research systems include sulfate,chloride and sulfate-chloride mixed systems of cobalt electrolyte.The resins include three iminoacetic resins(D850,D463 and D751),a aminophosphonate resin(D860) and a aminomethyl pyridine resin(CuWRAM).The investigation demonstrated the higher adsorption capacity could be obtained at higher stock solution pH to all resins.Comparing to the adsorption capacity of several resins for copper,the best one is D860,the worst one is CuWRAM.Comparing to the rate of copper and cobalt in the eluate,CuWRAM is more than 1200,the other resins are lower than 7.CuWRAM exhibited much better performance in separation of copper from cobalt electrolyte.
