| Abstract: | In recent years Hunan nonferrous metals industry has developed rapidly.Nonferrous industrial output and the main business income is over a hundred billion in 2008 and over two hundred billion in 2011.With the rapid development of Hunan nonferrous metals industry,mining development and environmental protection is very conspicuous,and resource protection and sustainable development is very difficult to do,which has seriously hampered the further development of Hunan nonferrous metals industry,and only by developing recycling economy,raising resources comprehensive utilization,developing circular economy of new industry clusters,get out of the existing mining development model,and take the way of the sustainable development that is efficient and recycling. |
