摘    要:在高温高压条件下,进行了优质克拉级Ⅰb型金刚石单晶的合成研究.重点考察了触媒黏性对金 刚石大单晶生长的影响.结果表明:选择低黏性Ni -a触媒,短时间可以生长出优质金刚石单晶.当生长时间超过25 h,合成的晶体为“群晶”;而高黏性Ni -b触媒可以用来长时间生长优质克拉级金刚石单晶.通过扫描电镜分析可知,低黏性触媒合...

Abstract:synthesis tests of high quality type-Ib diamond single crystals in carat grade were conducted and researched under 5.6 GPa and 1 250 ~1 350 ℃.Effects of catalyst stickiness on the growth of diamond crystals were studied emphatically.The results revealed that,catalyst of low stickiness which performed strong convection and high separating speed,was not suitable for synthesizing carat grade type-Ib diamond,especially when the growth time exceeded 25 h——the synthesized diamonds would be multi-polycrystalline instead of single crystal,and with defects.Meanwhile,high quality type-Ib single crystal diamonds in carat grade were synthesized with high stickiness catalyst.SEM results showed that these diamonds had smooth and perfect surfaces.By precision cutting and polishing,some of these high quality type-Ib diamond crystals in carat grade were polished into beautiful diamond pieces and diamond jewelry.
