摘    要:以时栅位移传感器的测量原理为基础,从波动学的角度对其测量的基本思想——以时间量来测量空间量作了深入的分析。给出了理想的恒速运动坐标系——行波的具体实现方法,使传感器中运动坐标系的实现有了理论指导,时空坐标转换理论的内涵更加深入。

Abstract:Based on the measurement principle of time grating displacement sensor,the paper thoroughly analyses the basic idea of measurement,measuring space by time,from the point of view of the theory of wave motion,and presents the practical realization method of traveling wave which is an ideal moving coordinate system with constant speed.Therefore,the realization of moving coordinate system has gained the theoretic guidance and the theory of time-space coordinate transformation is further perfected.
